Contributing to the environmental protection through water treatment
Rigaku’s magnetic seals have been used to seal the shaft of a digester chamber which treats “sludge” from the domestic and industrial wastewater treatment processes.
Toxic gases such as methane and hydrogen sulfide are generated from the process of fermenting organic matter in sludge. Magnetic seals prevent these toxic gases from leaking outside.
Furthermore, they are almost maintenance free, unlike the conventional water seal method.
For the shaft seal of various mixing tanks
Our magnetic seals can be used for both negative pressure and positive pressure, ensuring almost zero leakage.

They can be also used for the shaft seal of pressure reactors, mixing tanks, vacuum mixers (kneading machines), and vacuum deformers.
Because they do not generate abrasion powder like mechanical seals and gland packings, there is no concern about contamination on your product. Furthermore, they need less maintenance, because maintenance works such as filling of seal liquid and retightening of fitting screws are unnecessary.
